Police at Hartebeeskop relocate as station is decontaminated

Posted in News by Admin on 8 July, 2020 at 12:24 p.m.

ERMELO - Communities serviced by the Hartebeeskop Police Station were advised that it would be temporarily closed due to one member testing positive for the Covid-19 coronavirus on Monday.

The telephone lines at the station’s Community Service Centre will not be operational for the duration of the closure. Service delivery, however, will not be hampered. The Community Service Centre will now be operated from the Enikwakuyengwa Tribal Office Hall.

The public may call 072-656-7646 for all emergencies and complaints to be attended to accordingly. The acting station commander, Elliot Mithi Fulane, may also be contacted on 082-560-3963.

The station building will be decontaminated and its services are set to resume on Friday.

The SAPS management in Mpumalanga apologised for any inconvenience.
