Search is on for missing teenager

MBOMBELA – The Mmametlhake SAPS (near KwaMhlanga), are searching for a missing 16- year-old girl from Mokgobong section in Marapyane, who disappeared on October 6.

According to information at the police”s disposal, Amogelang Elsa Rammone,a grade 10-pupil at Khamane High School, left her parental home at about 10:30 on the day in question. She allegedly informed her mother that she was going to visit a friend at a nearby village, and later that evening, at about 19:30 a call was made from her phone but immediately terminated.

Police appeal to the community to assist them with any information that might shed some light on the girl’s whereabouts.  Contact Det Sgt Eunice Mokoka on 079 499 5506 or the SAPS Crimestop number, 08600 10111, should you have any information.

Ramonne was wearing a blue pair of jeans, a black top, a white beanie and a pair of white All Star takkies at the time of her disappearance.
